Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm

Key Responsibilities
  •  Maintain commercial buildings, which includes repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements

Education and Experience – HVAC Technician

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial/ residental setting
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical systems
  • Experience in field service and building maintenance repairs
  • Universal EPA or EPA 3 required
