Innosource has partnered with a global leader in private aviation and is seeking skilled candidates to join the team at their Worthington, Ohio office in the greater Columbus area as a Member Service Representative. You will be working with a members-only private aviation company dedicated to providing elite personal service with both individual and corporate members.

Key Responsibilities – Member Service Representative

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be providing elite services while managing members traveling needs. Building trusting relationships with members to anticipate and problem solve their needs. As well as communicate with team members to ensure a perfect execution of services and travel. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Actively listen and engage with members while ensuring accuracy to reservations and fulfilling the logistics of reservations
  • Manage and expand relationships with members
  • Monitor flight and trip details to ensure perfect execution
  • Manage members profiles with accurate documentation
  • Problem solve solutions for members needs

Required Skills and Knowledge – Member Service Representative

  • Elite customer service skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Great communication both verbal and written
  • Desire to support the team and assist in any way possible
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable with working in a high pace, rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Excellent computer skills

Education and Experience – Member Service Representative

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, BA/BS preferred
  • 2-5 years of exemplary customer service experience
  • Aviation, travel and tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus
