Key Responsibilities – Solution Center Representative – $19/HR – Remote

  • Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general 401K or investment questions.
  • Play an instrumental role in helping customers make the best decisions possible regarding their financial needs. – No experience needed! You will get all the training you need! 
  • Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
  • You’re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
  • Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
  • Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
  • You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team

Education and Experience – Solution Center Representative – $19/HR – Remote

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, Associates or some college required 
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred in any industry

Benefits and Pay – Solution Center Representative – $19/HR – Remote

  • $19.00/hour starting pay
  • 4-6 weeks paid training
  • Opportunity to earn multiple pay increases within your first year
  • Paid Training and excellent benefits including medical, dental and 401k.
  • Full time, set schedule, Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 8:00pm Saturday’s from 6:00am to 4:00pm (full time, set schedule)
  • Hybrid work from home options
