Key Responsibilities
After completing 6-8 weeks of paid training, you will be comfortable with:
- Handling incoming calls from existing customers
- Answering customer service-related questions
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with billing issues
- Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options
Benefits and Pay
- Starting pay of $14.50 per hour, with an increase to $17.78 per hour after conversion

Schedule
- Full-time
- 1st shift hours Monday-Friday
- Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hours
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Computer and screen navigation skills
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Currently hold a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
