Key Responsibilities – Sales Support Specialist (No Sales)

You will be the single point of contact for many Sales Representatives and assist them in whatever is needed to source new customers (other businesses). This role will involve data entry and administrative support. Common tasks include:

  • Pulling and creating reports
  • Requesting pricing details and samples
  • Reviewing previous sales documents 

Required Skills and Knowledge – Sales Support Specialist (No Sales)

  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency with the MS Office package preferred, excel skills are encouraged

Education and Experience – Sales Support Specialist (No Sales)

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required – a combination of education and/or experience will be considered for the ideal candidate
  • 1-2 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully managing internal business relationships is ideal but other customer service or administrative experience is accepted
