Key Responsibilities – FirstEnergy Remote Customer Service Representative – $14.50-$17.78
- Handle incoming calls from existing customers
- Answer customer service-related questions
- Resolve customer problems
- Provide excellent customer service
- Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hours
- Assist customers with billing issues
- Take payments and assist customers with payment options
Required Skills and Knowledge – FirstEnergy Remote Customer Service Representative – $14.50-$17.78
- Computer skills and screen navigation
- We will run a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with all applicable laws
- Ability to work 1st shift hours Monday through Friday and required over time
- Must have high speed internet to work from home
- Must be within a 50 mile radius of Fairlawn, OH
Education and Experience – FirstEnergy Remote Customer Service Representative – $14.50-$17.78
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience preferred (retail, call center, etc.)
Benefits and Pay – FirstEnergy Remote Customer Service Representative – $14.50-$17.78
- $14.50 hour and pay increases to $17.78 once hired in with FirstEnergy
