Key Responsibilities – Marketing and Communications Specialist
- In charge of aligning all Marketing & PR Execution with licensees (creative execution and coordination of all Social Media/ATL/BTL activities with all company regions)
- In charge of exploiting all Partnership Marketing opportunities (i.e.: Racing, Factories, Brand Ambassadors, etc….)
- In charge of aligning sales incentive campaigns with Sales & Marketing teams globally
- In charge of Marketing assets approvals, control of royalty collection, quality control, coordination of financial audits, sales channel alignment, social & environmental responsibility
- In charge of coordinating Trade Marketing activities with licensees (tradeshows, events, etc.)
- In charge of drafting press releases for trade press in alignment with Global Communications Team
Required Skills and Knowledge – Marketing and Communications Specialist
- Bilingual or some other language experience highly preferred (Spanish and Chinese preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and outgoing
- Business savvy
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Very organized
Education and Experience – Marketing and Communications Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
- 3+ years of experience
