Key Responsibilities – Financial Service Representative – $19/HR Hybrid Schedule – Flexible Hours!
- Receives and responds to incoming customer/agent/employer inquiries
- Assists customers with financial transactions
- Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions and administration of the plan and the processing systems related
- Resolves routine errors requiring corrective processing
Required Skills and Knowledge – Financial Service Representative – $19/HR Hybrid Schedule – Flexible Hours!
- Must be able to work overtime outside of the regular office hours as needed
- Must be able to work holidays that the New York Stock Exchange is open
- 1-2 years customer service experience
Education and Experience – Financial Service Representative – $19/HR Hybrid Schedule – Flexible Hours!
Associates degree required – Bachelor’s degree preferred

- flexible hybrid work schedule (50% work from home, 50% in office)
- availability to work from M-F between 8a-8p and Saturday’s from 9a-6p
