Key Responsibilities – Office Assistant

You will be responsible for managing the office including:

  • Ordering materials
  • Filing reports
  • Handling correspondence between company and union
  • Maintaining employee records

Required Skills and Knowledge – Office Assistant

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience working within an office   
  • Excellent communication
  • Longevity in previous positions
  • Strong problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills

Education and Experience – Office Assistant

  • High school diploma
  • Will train, but previous administrative experience is a plus

Schedule and Benefits –  Office Assistant

  • Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm
  • Healthcare, Life Insurance, Dental Reimbursement
