Key Responsibilities – Accounts Payable Specialist – $20/hr. – M-F First Shift Schedule
- Running reports via Excel
- Writing SOP’s
- Accounting responsibilities
- Process invoices
- Researching why invoices may have not posted and coming up with future solutions to prevent it from happening again
Required Skills and Knowledge – Accounts Payable Specialist – $20/hr. – M-F First Shift Schedule
- Detail oriented in daily work
- Good communication skills (will be sending emails and calling vendors)
- Heavy Excel – mostly vlookup, sorting columns, running reports and downloading into excel
- Microsoft Word – will be helping writing SOP’s (procedures)
Education and Experience – Accounts Payable Specialist – $20/hr. – M-F First Shift Schedule
Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance (required)
0-2 years of experience
Benefits and Pay – Accounts Payable Specialist – $20/hr. – M-F First Shift Schedule
- $20/hr working Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
