Key Responsibilities 

After completing 6-8 weeks of paid training, you will be comfortable with:

  • Handling incoming calls from existing customers
  • Answering customer service-related questions
  • Resolving customer inquiries 
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting customers with billing issues
  • Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options

  • Full-time
  • 1st shift hours Monday-Friday
  • Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hours


  • 1+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Computer and screen navigation skills
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • We will run a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Currently hold a High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
