Key Responsibilities – Financial Service Representative – $19/HR 50% in office 50% at home! Flexible Hours!
- Receives and responds to incoming customer/agent/employer inquiries
- Assists customers with financial transactions
- Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions and administration of the plan and the processing systems related
- Resolves routine errors requiring corrective processing
Education and Experience – Financial Service Representative – Hybrid Remote!
- $19.00/hour starting pay
- Opportunity to earn multiple pay increases within your first year
- Paid Training!
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm
Benefits and Pay – Financial Service Representative – Hybrid Remote!
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree Required
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred in any industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with upper level management
