Key Responsibilities – Tire Worker
- Identifying and communicating quality defects to take corrective action
- Trimming the ends, vents and flash on each tread and dispose of all scrap
- Meeting and exceeding safety, production, and quality goals
Required Skills and Knowledge- Tire Worker
- Able to stand for long period of times in a warehouse environment 1 – 2-hour shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and detail oriented
- Able to trim tires 100% and understand the Flash grade requirement
Education and Experience – Tire Worker
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
- Able to work during the day or the night
- Requires bending, lifting up to sixty-five (65) pounds, and placing tires on pallets
- PPE required
- Able to work in heat
Benefits and Pay – Tire Worker
- $13.75 / hour to start
- Must have open availability as the plant is open 24 hours a day. This includes days, nights, and weekends.
- 12-hour shifts; 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
