Key Responsibilities – Sales Support Analyst (Hybrid – In Office / Work From Home)
- Provide remote administrative support to the field sales associates (region managers and Fleet Solutions Sales Managers)
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Pull invoices and conduct audits
- Sales performance scorecard tracking and analysis
- Process rebate program submissions and track program usage
- Create SOPs / How-To guides for field sales associates
- Manage shipping materials for customer events
- Process billing corrections and provide pricing support
- Additional duties as assigned or needed
Required Skills and Knowledge- Sales Support Analyst (Hybrid – In Office / Work From Home)
- Detail-oriented
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience/ skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Education and Experience – Sales Support Analyst (Hybrid – In Office / Work From Home)
- College Degree preferred but not required
- High School diploma or GED required
