Job Description – Tire Management Administrator
On-demand, real time support (live support) via incoming phone calls and emails from internal and external Commercial Truck customers pertaining to products and services offered through Goodyear Commercial Tire Management.
Key Responsibilities – Tire Management Administrator
- Billing of products and recurring subscriptions
- Troubleshooting issues related to and provide access to online and tire monitoring applications
- Answering questions from internal sales team and external customers
- Provides on-demand communication and training to internal and external users of Goodyear Tire Management products
- Provide support in testing new tools/updates to newly developed and existing Tire Management products and applications
- Occasional shipping of products to internal and external customers
Required Skills and Knowledge- Tire Management Administrator
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage
- Technologically-savvy
Education and Experience – Tire Management Administrator
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- 2+ years’ experience working with SAP (mostly issuing PO’s to vendors and issuing sales orders to customers)
- Microsoft Office experience
Benefits and Pay – Tire Management Administrator
- Starting pay rate between $25 and $27 an hour
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (typically 8:30 AM to 5 PM)
