Key Responsibilities – Remote Customer Service Representative with FirstEnergy – $16.50/hr
- Handle incoming calls from existing customers
- Answer customer service-related questions
- Resolve customer problems
- Provide excellent customer service
- Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hours
- Assist customers with billing issues
- Take payments and assist customers with payment options
