Job Description – Accounts Receivable Representative

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hybrid schedule with two days in-office and three days work-from-home)

Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable Representative
- Handling daily activities associated w maintain accounts responsible for
- Communicating with internal and external customers on routine basis to ensure issues are resolved, pmts rec’d in timely manner
- Account reconciliations
- Reviewing, posting payments to accounts in SAP
- Oversight of payment processing, obtaining supporting docs to collection efforts if needed
Required Skills and Knowledge- Accounts Receivable Representative
- Detail-oriented in daily work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with governmental agencies, management, and union leadership
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
Education and Experience – Accounts Receivable Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent – required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or similar degree – preferred
- Experience in Cash Application / AR – required

- Starting pay rate at $25 / hour
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (typically 8 AM to 5 PM)
