Customer Service Advocate – Hybrid Remote!

Our Financial Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers. This is a hybrid remote position (50% in office and 50% remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives and responds to incoming customer/agent/employer inquiries
  • Assists customers with financial transactions
  • Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions and administration of the plan and the processing systems related
  • Resolves routine errors requiring corrective processing

Education and Experience – Customer Service Advocate – Hybrid Remote!

  • $19.00/hour starting pay
  • Opportunity to earn multiple pay increases within your first year
  • Paid Training!
  • Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree Required
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred in any industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with upper level management
  • Desire to build a career!
