Job Description – Data Administrator in Supply Chain Planning – $25/hr

The Data Administrator in Supply Chain Planning is responsible for all data updates required in Oracle EBS/Cloud.
Internal customers provide will provide data that you will update along with all other dependent fields. Reports are then generated to validate data loaded correctly and results are communicated back to business users as completed. Or if needed further actions are identified to correct any data input issues.
Do you enjoy problem solving? In this role, you will be asked to help business users determine course of action where unexpected results become visible in reporting, supporting data validation.
You will be responsible for utilizing a strong technical skill set and understanding of data dependencies and recommend solutions that help the achieve the intended goals.
Key Responsibilities – Data Administrator in Supply Chain Planning – $25/hr
- Responsible for updating and loading planning attributes in Oracle EBS/Cloud environments
- Receive and interpret (dependencies) for planning data changes to determine proper import template
- Utilize reporting to validate successful data changes
- Leverage understanding of processes
- Excel skills – v-lookup, if-statements, organization of data, and formulation of data is critical
- Partner with various business units to develop solutions and resolve issues
- Understand and communicate timeline of tasks required to achieve deadlines or communicate risk to timing
- Utilize experience with Excel, Power BI, and Enterprise ERP systems to analyze and present data
Required Skills and Knowledge- Data Administrator in Supply Chain Planning – $25/hr

- Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to extract and load data from ERP systems Oracle EBS/Cloud
- Advanced and Strong SQL skills, Advanced MS Excel skills, Advanced MS Access skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Confidence in prioritizing or partnering with others for prioritization
- Excellent follow up and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Education and Experience – Data Administrator in Supply Chain Planning – $25/hr
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or business preferred or equivalent work experience supporting the requirements of the position.
3+ years of Supply Chain Management, BI, or Data Management
Benefits and Pay – Data Administrator in Supply Chain Planning – $25/hr
Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
