We partner with a national bank in Akron, Ohio and are hiring immediately! As a Customer Service Representative, you are working in a call center environment where accurate and speedy service to our telephone banking customers is the top priority!

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Associate - $14.00/hr. - $17.00/hr.

• As a CSR, you answer inbound calls and help our customers have a great banking experience!
• Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, i.e. call handle time goals, availability goals, customer service performance goals, etc.

Required Skills and Knowledge - Customer Service Associate - $14.00/hr. - $17.00/hr.

• Previous call center or banking experience preferred
• Ability to demonstrate professional verbal communication skills, with clear pronunciation and usage of proper grammar
• Ability to quickly resolve complex customer problems using various resources including computer systems, reference materials and multiple screens
• Will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to use a headset and to sit for long periods of time
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the Internet

Education and Experience - Customer Service Associate - $14.00/hr. - $17.00/hr.

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Call center and/or banking experience is not required but preferred
• High School Diploma or GED

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Associate - $14.00/hr. - $17.00/hr.

• Pay rate starts at 14.00/hr. Increases to $17.00/hr. after conversion at 4 months.

• Paid Training - M-F 8am-5pm
• Work hours are various shifts between 7am-7pm (set schedule) with one weekend day of work required
