Job Description - Accounts Payable Processor

Are you a recent Finance or Accounting grad looking for a new opportunity in a beautiful corporate environment? Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a highly qualified individual to join the team.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving invoice issues
  • Assisting vendors with inquires
  • Corresponding with other departments to resolve vendor issues
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Account reconciliations
  • Excel vlookup, sorting columns, running reports and downloading into excel
  • Will be helping writing SOP's (procedures)

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • Great with Word and Excel
  • SAP experience preferred

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 years’ experience
