Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated part-time, project based Instructional Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong training development background. You must be an experienced instructional designer, effective communicator, and efficient program developer with the ability to coordinate work across an extended team. The designer will support the design and development of new and existing blended and/or online instructor-led course offerings.
*This will be project-based, as needed work. Ideal candidates should be able to devote a minimum of 20% of their work to normal business hours for meetings, calls, etc.. Candidates should also be within driving distance to the Akron, Ohio area as there may be the occasional need to go on-site once offices open back up.
