We provide full-time, permanent positions to those who are interested in starting an exciting and rewarding career in customer service. We’re currently seeking an entry-level Dispatcher to provide roadside assistance services to the commercial trucking industry.

Who you are

You’re a compassionate, organized, people-person with outstanding communication skills – you want a career that will showcase your many talents.

As a Dispatcher you will build relationships with our clients by acting as a first responder when a customer is in need. You’ll take inbound calls from drivers or fleet managers, locate a service provider in the area and communicate the need for aid. Your top-notch attention to detail will shine by capturing thorough call notes into the computer systems.
