How does a Customer Service Representative spend their day?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be answering all incoming phone calls from new and existing FirstEnergy customers. Your goal will be to address any questions or concerns regarding customers’ energy accounts, while providing excellent customer service!

• $12.50/ hour starting rate, with a pay increase within the first 6-9 months


• Full time, Monday – Friday with a 1^st shift schedule


• Paid training, and opportunities for overtime

Must Haves:

• 1+ years of customer service or related experience


• High School Diploma or GED


• A genuine ability to connect with customers and build strong relationships


• A positive mental attitude with the desire to continually learn and grow


• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple screens


• Call Center experience is a plus!
