Hours: M-F availability from 5:00am - 7:00pm and potential on Saturday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (if work Saturday, have a day off during the week)

Requirements of a Customer Service Advocate:
- 1-2 years customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
- High School/GED required
- Excellent communication skills
