About the Opportunity
Upon accepting the offer for the position, you will start out on our InnoSource team at Mon Power/ FirstEnergy, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time FirstEnergy employee after 6 months of good performance and attendance. This transition will bring an immediate pay increase, as well as allowing for enrollment in advanced training with pay raises upon completion.
