The French-speaking Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in the success of our business. Responsibilities include daily interaction with customers and businesses via multiple communication channels, answering customer questions and inquiries regarding products, order entry, assisting with the forecasting and replenishment of supply, providing information on shipment locations, and ensuring orders are entered in a timely fashion to avoid shipping delays.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm
