Job Description - Customer Service Advocate

InnoSource is currently seeking individuals to work as a Customer Service Specialist within a Fortune 100 insurance corporation headquartered in downtown Columbus, Ohio. An ideal candidate will be driven, enjoy problem solving, and be passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding their accounts
• Provide excellent customer service - no call quotas
• Assist customers by problem solving in an efficient manner
• Multi-task using multiple computer screens/programs
• Make decisions within company guidelines

Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of customer service experience

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate

• $15.00-16.00/hour starting pay
