Our Member Services Team is passionate about ensuring our clients have a safe, flawless experience each time they fly. Innosource has partnered with a global leader in private aviation and is seeking qualified candidates to join the team at their Worthington, Ohio office in the greater Columbus area as a Member Service Rep. You’ll be working with a members-only private aviation company dedicated to perfecting personal service with both individual and corporate members.

As a Member Service Rep, you’ll often be the first point of contact for our clients. Our clients are all VIPs, so we must deliver superior service. Would you like working in a fast-paced environment around some of the most incredible professionals in the industry?

Key Responsibilities - Member Service Representative

• Monitoring daily flight activity of members to ensure accuracy
• Providing clients with a memorable experience
• Researching client requests and identifying solutions to meet their needs
• Implementing and Communicating solutions to members
• Serving as liaison between the client and various departments and external groups, including flight operations, accounting, security, customs, etc. to ensure client’s travel goals are met

Required Skills and Knowledge - Member Service Representative

• Great at email communication
• High attention to detail
• High level customer service
• Comfortable in a frequently changing environment
• Excellent computer skills

Education and Experience - Member Service Representative

• HS Diploma or equivalent
