Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Are you looking to take your customer service career to the next level? We are offering $14/hour plus a competitive benefits package and an excellent paid training program, along with a pay increase to $17.00/hour upon conversion after working 4 months!

We partner with a national bank in Columbus, Ohio and are hiring immediately! As a Customer Service Representative, you are working in a call center environment where accurate and speedy service to our telephone banking customers is the top priority!

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

  • As a CSR, you answer inbound calls and help our customers have a great banking experience!
  • Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, i.e. call handle time goals, availability goals, customer service performance goals, etc.

Required Skills and Knowledge - Customer Service Representative

  • You are talking with customers every day – a friendly attitude and great communication skills are a must!
  • Ability to quickly resolve complex customer problems using various resources including computer systems, reference materials, and multiple screens

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Call center and/or banking experience is not required but preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Representative

  • Pay rate starts at 14.00/hr. Increases to $17.00/hr. after conversion at 4 months.
  • Benefits included (Medical, Dental, Life Insurance)
  • Paid Training
  • M-F 8am-5pm in training
  • Work hours are various shifts between 10am-7pm (set schedule) with one weekend day of work required
