Key Responsibilities - Inside Sales Representative

  • Communication with dealers
  • Maintain an updated contact list of dealers
  • Enter call reports
  • Process requests for price supports/acquisition issues
  • Resolution of customer issues
  • Building resources to satisfy customer concerns
  • Monitor the dealer compliance with standards, rules and regulations

Required Skills and Knowledge - Inside Sales Representative

  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Working knowledge of current MS Office Product Suite and Lotus Notes, SAP, WAC, WAD, I-Gate, CIMS
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Effective listening skills and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build confidence and maintain relationships

Education and Experience - Inside Sales Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years related experience
  • Or High School diploma with 3-4 years’ experience in the related experience
  • Sales and/or Soft Sales background
