Job Description - Help Desk

Start your IT help desk career with a Fortune 100 company awarded "100 Best Companies to Work for in America!” You will be joining a great team and we’re offering $14.50/hr., 1st shift hours, health benefits, and paid time off!

We’re looking for customer-focused Help Desk support technicians to use their IT experience to provide technical support for our internal field associates.

While our office is conveniently located in Robinson Township, we are currently hiring agents that will start out remotely due to the safety precautions of Covid-19. Once these precautions have been lifted, all employees will transition back to the facility.

Key Responsibilities - Help Desk

  • Monitoring and maintaining production devices in the field.
  • Provide remote laptop and desktop support
  • Handle IT support for thin clients, tablets and mobile devices (Blackberry, Apple and Samsung phones)
  • You will be helping users remotely resolve print and scanning problems
  • Helping users with email issues

Required Skills and Knowledge - Help Desk

  • Previous information technology experience
  • Data or Customer Service center experience a plus
  • Microsoft Windows troubleshooting experience
  • Proficient Outlook troubleshooting skills

Education and Experience - Help Desk

Degree in a computer related field or 1+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

Benefits and Pay - Help Desk

  • $14.50/hour
  • Day shift schedule
