Key Responsibilities
- Receives processes and routes all incoming mail.
- Prepares incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail.
- Maintains and administers records on postage expenditures and costs as well as registered mail and packages.
- Tracks incoming mail volumes and service level agreements.
- Maintains daily logs on all check requests and overnight packages. Provides weekly production statistics and summary reports for the supervisor. May assist supervisor/lead or with training as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience – Senior Mail Clerk
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of mailroom operations experience preferred

- $15.00 an hour M-F 7:30AM-4PM
