Production Storeroom Support
Description
Our Fortune 500 Client in Findlay, OH is seeking an inventory room clerk
Key Responsibilities
- Manage open orders, track delivery dates and update SAP for all storeroom orders
- Follow up on open orders, past due orders, emergency need orders
- Obtain and update material lead times
- Manage Zero On-Hand and critical flag indicators
- Resolve Blocked invoices due to quantity discrepancies
- Work with suppliers to resolve incorrect orders
- Contacts vendors to reduce their lead times and to resolve delivery issues
- Provide vendor intelligence on potential lead time and supply disruptions
- Track delivery dates for storeroom orders
- Contacts vendors to expedite parts
- Contact vendors and GBS for order issue resolution
- Provide operations support to the Purchasing Manager
- Maintain vendor contact sheet
- Cross-train with the Procurement Coordinator
- Any additional tasks the Procurement Lead assigns to support Procurement or the Plant.
- Audits and reconciles charged out supplies, parts or equipment
Requirements
Education and Experience – Production Storeroom Support
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Degree preferred
- Inventory experience preferred
Benefits & Pay
- Monday-Friday daylight hours
- 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
- $20-23/hr based on experience
