Description
Our Fortune 500 Client in Tupelo, MS is seeking a coordinator to assist in the plant storeroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Open order reports – escalations
- Contact vendors
- Editing PO price/delivery dates
- Repair Part Services Program
- Review quotes and provide feedback
- Process PO request forms
- Janitorial audits
- Walk-throughs
- Reference previous weeks inspection report from Newbold
- Post update on Teams folder
- Update Cleaning Complaints folder in Teams
- Update Repair log in Teams
- Café/Canteen audits:
- Walk-throughs – create checklist
- Thurs/Fri, check Food selection, Pricing tags/signage, and Post update on Teams folder
- Refunds
- Reach out to employee if possible
- If scheduling issue with associate, drop off with guard house for pick-up
- Update & Maintain vendor contact list
- Vendor Creation Process
- Pre-Authorization & F411 Requests
- Hydraulics/Oils/Co2/Propane
- Assist with various concerns from plant
Requirements
Education and Experience – Storeroom Coordinator
- 4-year Degree required
- Inventory experience preferred
Benefits & Pay
- Monday-Friday daylight hours
- 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
- $25/hr
