Description

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Quality Technician to join the team to assist in the support of quality metrics in Danville, VA!

Key Responsibilities

This role will be focused on metrics in the Curing business center, around machine alarms and waste.

  • Responding to machine quality alarms.
  • Dispositioning alarms based on provided tolerances.
  • Creating work orders for repeating alarms.
  • Providing documentation for dispositions.
  • Filling out end of shift reports.
  • Overseeing process change trials for waste improvements.
Requirements

Education and Experience – Manufacturing Quality Technician

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Quality and lean manufacturing experience preferred
