Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative – $16.00/hour / work from home / Met Ed / FirstEnergy

After completing required on site paid training to ensure success, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls from existing customers
  • Respond to service-related questions and resolve any customer concerns
  • Handle billing-related questions, take payments, and assist customers with payment options
Requirements

Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
