Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general 401K or investment questions.
- Play an instrumental role in helping customers make the best decisions possible regarding their financial needs. – No experience needed! You will get all the training you need!
- Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
- You’re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
- Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
- Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
- You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team
Requirements
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
- Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations.
Benefits & Pay
- $19.00 an hour M-F with an 8-hour shift between 8AM and 8PM
