Temporary Accounts Payable Processor

This is a temporary position of 3-6 months with the potential for the contract to be extended longer.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (Hybrid schedule with two days in-office and three days work-from-home
- Resolving invoice issues
- Assisting vendors with inquires
- Corresponding with other departments to resolve vendor issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Account reconciliations
- Excel lookup, sorting columns, running reports and downloading into excel
- Will be helping writing SOP’s (procedures)
Education and Experience – Temporary Accounts Payable Processor
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Zero (0) to two (2) years’ of experience
- Starting pay rate at $27 / hour
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (typically 8 AM to 4:30 PM)
