Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general 401K or investment questions.
  • Play an instrumental role in helping customers make the best decisions possible regarding their financial needs. – No experience needed! You will get all the training you need! 
  • Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
  • You’re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
  • Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
  • Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
  • You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team

Education and Experience – Bilingual Customer Service Advocate

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations. 
  • Prior experience using bilingual capabilities in a professional work place highly preferred. 
Benefits & Pay
  • $21.00 an hour
  • M-F with an 8-hour shift between 8AM and 8PM, full-time schedule. Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after training.
