Description

Are you an experienced Document Coordinator professional looking for a new opportunity in a corporate environment? Our Fortune 500 client is seeking experienced business professionals to join their documentation team!

Key Responsibilities

As you start this role as a Document Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and controlling plant documents
    • Assuring docs are reviewed / updated / approved on time
  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking environmental regulatory reports
  • Participating in ISO, Process Safety Management, and safety plant audits
  • Issuing daily production reports, monthly work schedule, and staffing reports
  • Maintaining plant organization chart / phone list
  • Submitting environmental reports / waste manifests
  • Writing purchase requisitions
  • Reporting to Small Business Team Leader
Requirements

Education and Experience – Document Coordinator

  • High school diploma or equivalent – required
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory clerical position – required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration (or related field / major) – preferred
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 – preferred
  • Experience with CompliantPro or other document control software system – preferred
Benefits & Pay

This is a full-time position, working from the Niagara office building. The starting pay for this position is $23.00/hour. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. This position will also provide the option to enroll in our benefits, including:
