InnoSource (an agency that provides contract employees) is hiring now in Columbus, OH for Customer Service Representatives. You must have at least 2 years of call center experience within the last 3 years!

- Our Customer Service must be able to quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests.
- This is a call center position focused on sales and customer service. We support you with training and reward your hard work. We are looking for long-term associates. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability with the potential to be considered for future employment directly with our client.
Requirements
Education and Experience – Customer Service Advocate
- You should have a stable work history, be a high school graduate or have your GED, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Utility business requires occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages.
- Must have at least 2 years of call center experience in the last 3 years.

- A few weeks of paid virtual training 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
- Schedule after training requires open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm).
- Office closed on Sundays.
