Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company, helping customers with their financial needs and ensuring a positive experience. You will:
- Provide exceptional service to over 100 customers daily via phone
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and care
- Meet and exceed performance goals in areas like call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer outcomes
Requirements
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus, but not required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
