Process Flow Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Flow Engineer to join our order management team. In this role, you’ll analyze and optimize workflows that directly impact customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate across departments to implement best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
As a Process Flow Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our order management team operates. You’ll analyze existing workflows and design improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our order-to-cash process. Your work will involve:
- Leading the optimization of end-to-end order management workflows, from order entry to exception handling.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, customer service, IT) to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation such as flowcharts, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Conducting root cause analyses and simulations to validate proposed changes.
- Collaborating with workforce management, training, and QA teams to ensure smooth rollout of process improvements.
- Monitoring performance data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Education and Experience – Process Flow Engineer
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement. You should be comfortable working across departments and translating complex workflows into actionable solutions.
We are seeking someone to join our team who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or business process improvement.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional experience that would be ideal, but is not required:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and service design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
