Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education and Experience – Hiring Event! Customer Service Representative with AEP / Appalachian Power / Kentucky Power

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Previous experience working from a computer full-time
  • Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtime—because helping our customers comes first.
  • Residency within the state of Kentucky, West Virginia, or Virginia
