These are DIRECT HIRE, FULL TIME positions – you will become an AEP employee on Day One! We offer a comprehensive training program, and our next class begins November 10th, 2025 (must be available on November 7 for meeting with technical team).

As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
- Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous learner mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Starting Pay: $17/hour
Location: Remote or In-Office (If Preferred)
