Pharmacy Support Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Pay: Starting at $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

What You’ll Do:
As a Pharmacy Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in providing excellent communication and service with pharmacies and specialty practices
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing Support for customer issues and challenging cases
- Review reports and complete required activities
- Escalate issues to specialized teams as needed
- Notify when opportunities arise while supporting customers
Education and Experience – Pharmacy Support Specialist
What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, healthcare management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication with ability to communicate in confidential manner
- Basic knowledge and skills using MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Experience working with multiple systems with the ability to multi-task
- Critical thinking and self-management skills
