Your Role at a Glance:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering attentive and timely support. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Respond and Resolve: Be the go-to for customer inquiries on products, orders, and shipments— bringing your professionalism and problem-solving skills to each interaction.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams (Sales, Freight, Plant, Order Management) to resolve issues and make every customer feel valued.
- Own the Process: Take initiative by ensuring order accuracy, completing thorough reviews, and following up with customers proactively.
- Advocate for Improvement: Identify and share process improvement ideas, and work closely with Order Management to implement best practices.
- Be the Voice of Calm: Handle concerns with empathy and patience, effectively diffusing challenging situations and building trust.
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative (MST)
Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
- A background in logistics or account management is a plus but not required.
