Maintenance Specialist
Description
We are seeking Maintenance Specialists at a Tire Manufacturing Plant in Danville, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain equipment modifications to comply with all safety, environmental and other regulatory compliances
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies and work management systems in the maintenance shop, delivering safe, cost effective and reliable equipment performance to ensure operational safety, cost control, reliability and production targets are met or exceeded
- Form and maintain good relationships with all external service providers and management team members
- Assist and support the site in implementing best in class maintenance systems and processes
Requirements
Education and Experience – Maintenance Specialist
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Previous manufacturing / warehouse experience, preferred

- Weekly pay, starting at $32 / hour
- Pay may be negotiable
