Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing empathetic and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with Customers: Take inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the application process for various support programs.
- Managing Applications: Assist customers in completing their applications over the phone, reviewing their income documentation, and processing the necessary information to determine eligibility.
- Keeping Things Organized: Maintain and update customer files, ensuring all interactions and data are accurately recorded in our systems.
- Supporting the Team: Work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to program guidelines.
